Driven to help individuals and businesses reach lasting, out-of-court solutions, Beth Myers combines business leadership experience with negotiation and conflict management skills, strategic thinking, extensive training, and exemplary communication skills. She uses these tools to connect with her clients, building trusting relationships that lead to viable self-determined solutions amidst complex often intractable circumstances.

Along with a natural passion for family matters, Beth is adept at providing insight and facilitating solutions to interpersonal, leadership and team conflict in the workplace. An early career in business operations and marketing, middle management, within the F100 commercial lines insurance industry, combined with over 20 years as small business owner and consultant affords her a unique ability to facilitate workplace dialogue and conflict resolution. Beth's entrepreneurial successes include establishing and sustaining a specialty toy retail and import business for eleven years, and taking on project based roles for non-profit organizations and small businesses in Maine and Massachusetts.

Beth's passion is twofold: helping participants find the opportunity in organizational conflict and cultural diversity; working with competing egos and unclear contract terms. In her role as a change-agent, Beth also works with organizations as a conflict resolution and soft skills development trainer.

A certified mediator with with over 480 hours of mediation, legal, and specialized communications training, Beth’s assisted hundreds of divorcing couples and organizations reach mutually agreed solutions.  Over the last six years Beth mediated nearly 500 cases in both Massachusetts and Maine.  The bulk of her case work comes from three years with Maine’s court system, and through volunteer work with two Maine based non-profit organizations.
